No. Most of them are really not effective and wear down relatively quickly as time passes.

It's not my desicion whether a woman wants them or not, I personally have no problem with them and I don't gain anything from it either. If they want to then let them, I don't see any problem with it. Although if a woman does get implants, their breasts will not help them float if they ever get stuck in teh middle of the ocean. A woman with real breasts, the breasts actually let them float in water.

As said above They probably sag with time, and are not real. So I have to say no, but its really about what that particular woman wants.
